Management Report

The report presents a consolidated ESRS sustainability statement using double materiality and EU Taxonomy disclosures. For 2025 it reports gross Scope 1 emissions of 695 tCO2e, location-based Scope 2 emissions of 1,719 tCO2e, market-based Scope 2 emissions of 473 tCO2e, and gross Scope 3 emissions of 1,528,026 tCO2e. It sets a 90% operational Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 and a portfolio net-zero objective by 2050. The workforce comprised 3,532 employees, while women represented 40% of the Supervisory Board.
