Overview

The report presents ESCO Technologies' 2017 sustainability program across governance, ethics, innovation, supply chain, human capital, safety and environmental footprint. It reports a 2016 energy inventory covering 27 large facilities, with total energy consumption of 71,884 MWh and total GHG emissions of 29,321 MTCO2e. ESCO collected group water data for the first time, reporting 31.3 million gallons, while noting that the sites represented over 86% of in-scope floor area. The company also created an ESCO Sustainability Council in 2017 and describes facility initiatives including LED lighting, HVAC upgrades, solar panels and recycling.
