Overview

The report describes a more diverse Board, increased Board oversight of ESG, and the formation of a new ESG Committee. It presents company-wide environmental footprint data for fuel, electricity, water, and Scope 1 and 2 emissions across ESCO and its subsidiaries. The 2021 disclosure reports 4,171 MTCO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 10,494 MTCO2e of Scope 2 emissions. Social highlights include workplace safety, employee wellness, volunteering, and foundation grants to charities, scholarships, and employee hardship cases.
