Annual Integrated Report

The report presents the Esprinet Group's first ESRS-based consolidated sustainability statement, using a double materiality assessment and covering the entire value chain. In 2025, the Group had 1,826 employees, 53% of whom were women, and maintained a B rating from CDP for climate change and water security. Reported climate data include 1,211 t CO2eq of Scope 1 emissions, 1,296 t CO2 of location-based Scope 2 emissions and 3,570,030 tCO2eq of Scope 3 emissions. The Group also reported 13,518 MWh of total energy consumption, with 53% from renewable sources.
