Overview

The report highlights ESR's 2024 progress on workforce safety, renewable energy and sustainable buildings. It reports zero ESR workforce fatalities, approximately 153 MW of installed rooftop solar capacity and sustainable building certifications or ratings for 45.4% of completed, directly managed assets. The report also notes an average 3.41-Star GRESB rating across 49 participating listed REITs and private funds. ESG data for energy, emissions, water, waste and workforce performance is independently verified by HKQAA on a limited-assurance basis.
