Overview

The report presents the new Sustainability Plus program, combining green planning and building practices with strategies and investments to build strong communities. It reports that Novum and The Weave were to follow Green Building Index standards, while Sky Residences had already received LEED accreditation. Community initiatives included Planet Eupe cultural events, the Trusted Neighbour program and Building Hope support, including more than RM50,000 raised at a charity fair.
