Sustainability Report

Overview

The report is the EIB Group's first single, fully integrated sustainability report, consolidating disclosures previously spread across separate GRI, SASB and TCFD publications. It reports record 2024 investment of €51 billion in the green transition, climate action and environmental sustainability, alongside progress toward the Group's €1 trillion 2021-2030 climate-investment target. The Group also reports a 12.4% gross greenhouse-gas reduction target from 2018 to 2025 and 5,151 employees at December 2024. KPMG provided limited assurance over selected italicized and tick-marked statements and indicators.
