Annual Report

The report describes Europris's 2024 acquisition of the remaining 80 per cent of ÖoB, bringing its Swedish retailer into the group. It reports 5,352 employees and says its emissions were 16.6 per cent below the 2021 base year, while the group-wide reduction targets were sent to SBTi for validation. The report also presents its sustainability statement under ESRS and describes a 2024 double materiality assessment.
