Annual Report

The report describes Evolution's 2022 statutory sustainability work, including Board-level oversight, Group-wide policies, and a roadmap for further development. It records the expansion of climate reporting in accordance with the GHG Protocol across Scopes 1, 2 and 3. The report also highlights a rapidly growing workforce of 17,026 employees and continued initiatives in employee development, diversity, community support, responsible gambling, and ethical business practices.
