Annual Report

The report describes a difficult 2008, with Exel Group net sales down 16.4% to EUR 94.9 million and restructuring that included selling the Outdoor business. It says the changes sharpened the Group's focus on its core composites business. The report also states that the Group employed 472 people at year-end and that its Finnish Kivara and Mäntyharju factories held ISO 14001 environmental certificates.
