Sustainability Report

The report covers EXL's 2020 sustainability performance across operations in 10 countries. The company established a goal to achieve net zero GHG emissions by 2045 and to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 67.2% by 2035. It reports 32,156 employees, 39% company-wide female representation and 26,692 tonne-CO2e of total 2020 GHG emissions. The report also includes GRI and SASB disclosures, UN Global Compact membership and a limited assurance report.
