The report describes how the company used data and financial-health programs to support consumers, communities and governments during the COVID-19 pandemic. It reports 28 million people reached through Social Innovation products during the year and 35 million reached through United for Financial Health. The company set 2030 science-based emissions targets and reported 34% renewable electricity consumption. It also reported 36% female representation on the Board and expanded its diversity, equity and inclusion commitments.
