Overview

The report presents Exxaro's integrated 2010 financial, social and environmental performance across its mining group. Safety improved materially, with fatalities reduced to two and the lost-time injury frequency rate improving by 24%. It also reports group-wide energy use of 10 435 032 GJ, water use of 24 951 887 m3 and a year-end staff complement of 10 937 employees. Consolidated revenue was R17 155 million, supported by stronger commodity demand and prices.
