The report records 2018 turnover growth of 8.8% to 471.7 million euros and highlights the acquisition and integration of Humco in North America. It reports 2,488 employees and 2,360.4 FTE at year-end, with a 57.1% female workforce and four women on the board. The non-financial section covers quality, diversity, safety and human rights while noting that no group-wide environmental policy yet existed. Fagron had begun identifying Scope 1 and 2 emissions in accordance with the GHG Protocol and planned a broader carbon-footprint framework.
