The report describes Fagron's 2025 performance across financial, operational, environmental, and social priorities. Consolidated revenue reached 952,169 x 1,000 euros, while year-end employee headcount increased to 4,297. Market-based Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 8,680 metric tons CO2-eq, and renewable energy represented 46.1% of total energy consumption. The company continued its climate transition with a 42% Scope 1 and 2 reduction target by 2030 and a 25% reduction target for selected Scope 3 categories. Its Sustainability Statement was prepared on a consolidated basis and received limited assurance under ISAE 3000.
