Sustainability Report

Overview

The report describes Falck's 2020 sustainability performance across health, people, environment and trust. It reports 11 fatalities, including eight employees, two patients and one member of the public, and describes the launch of a Zero Fatality Project. The company established a global Business Quality Model, implemented 600 improvement initiatives and carried out 173 ISO-related audits. It also began testing biofuels as part of its green-fleet transition and received 245 whistleblower reports.
