The report describes Family Bank's 2024 integration of ESG principles into lending, procurement and governance, including 27 enhanced Environmental and Social Due Diligence cases. It records Board oversight of ESG and climate issues, an ESG unit within Risk, workforce development for 824 employees, and extensive scholarship, youth skills and environmental restoration programmes.
