The report presents F&M Bank's 2022 community profile, including 816 employees and 26 branch offices as of December 31, 2022. It highlights over $4.6 Million in community support reaching more than 680 organizations across Southern California, alongside CRA lending and affordable-housing activity. Employee engagement included 1,738 volunteer hours across 86 organizations, with 145 employee volunteers. Financial wellness programming reached 2,331 participants through 83 education events.
