The report presents Fastenal's 2022 ESG performance under empowering people, preserving our world, and serving as a trusted partner. It highlights completion of a materiality assessment, creation of an ESG Community of Practice, and third-party certification to ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO/IEC 27001. The company reports 2022 global Scope 1 emissions of 137,410 Metric ton CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 50,182 Metric ton CO2e on a market-based basis. It also reports a 70% waste diversion rate in 2022.
