Impact Report

The report describes Fastenal's 2025 work to strengthen sustainability accounting and obtain limited assurance over Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, while expanding its inventory to selected Scope 3 categories. It also highlights a first SCS Zero Waste certification at one manufacturing facility, an 87% waste-diversion rate, and continued community and employee-development efforts. Fastenal reported a CDP climate score of B and a third consecutive EcoVadis silver medal.
