The report describes FDM Group's strong 2014 growth, with revenue rising 17% to £123.3 million and more than 1,500 Mounties placed on client sites. It highlights the Women in IT initiative and reports that females represented 25% of the Group's workforce. The Corporate Social Responsibility section also presents the Group's first disclosed worldwide GHG inventory, reporting 453 CO2e tonnes of Scope 2 emissions and 294 CO2e tonnes of Scope 3 emissions.
