The report records FDM's 2016 revenue of £189.4 million, up 18%, and a record 2,705 Mounties placed with clients. Its CSR section describes diversity initiatives and career programs for ex-Forces personnel and people returning to work; women represented 26% of the workforce. The report also gives global Scope 2 emissions of 692 CO2e tonnes and Scope 3 emissions of 1,564 CO2e tonnes, while noting that Scope 1 emissions were negligible and not disclosed.
