The report shows a difficult 2025 trading year, with revenue down 31% to £177.7m and year-end Consultants assigned to clients down to 2,003. The company joined the United Nations Global Compact and reports Board-led sustainability governance through its Sustainability Working Group. It remains committed to net zero emissions across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2050 and reports SBTi-validated near-term reduction targets. Workforce disclosures include 36% female employees and 37.5% women on the Board.
