Sustainability Report

The report describes FDM's 2025 sustainability performance across its global workforce, energy use and climate programme. It reports that 36% of worldwide employees were female and that 60% of global electricity consumption came from renewable sources. Scope 1 and 2 emissions were 62% below the 2020 base year, meeting the near-term target, while the Group remains committed to net zero across Scopes 1, 2 and 3 by 2050.
