Sustainability Report

The report describes Ferrari's 2018 sustainability performance across people, governance, and environmental responsibility. Group employees increased to 3,851, while the materiality assessment identified human capital, health and safety, emissions, and ethical business conduct as key priorities. Scope 1 and market-based Scope 2 emissions from the main facilities and Mugello circuit totaled 91,773 tCO2eq, and total waste fell to 11,004.2 tons through recovery and circular-economy initiatives.
