Overview

The report describes the company’s sustainability banking framework, including adoption of the Nigerian Sustainability Banking Principles and Equator Principles, and screening of all project-finance applications for environmental and social risks. It reports more than 2,500 staff volunteers in 2014, with N28million contributed by volunteers and an additional N28million matched by the Bank. Workforce disclosures show 3,369 staff at year-end and 43% female representation.
