Overview

The report is Fiera Capital's first sustainability disclosure and describes a sustainability strategy organized around resilient, accountable and engaged pillars. In 2024, the company created an Environmental Stewardship Committee, launched five employee resource groups and introduced a volunteering program. It also reported a market-based measured corporate carbon footprint of 1,712.9 tCO2e for 2023 across global operations.
