Annual Financial and Sustainability Report

The report records a record 2025, with consolidated revenues of Euro 379,887 thousand and EBITDA of Euro 131,524 thousand. Market-based Scope 1+2 emissions fell to 4,162 tCO2eq, while renewable electricity reached 95% and Scope 3 emissions were reported at 69,229 tCO2eq. The sustainability statement also reports 9,997 tonnes of waste, 802 employees and 19,522 training hours. Sustainability governance is supported by double materiality, a Board-level Sustainability Committee and a decarbonisation plan targeting Scope 1 and 2 reductions of at least 60% by 2027 and 80% by 2030.
