Annual Financial and Sustainability Report

The report describes Fiera Milano's double-materiality assessment, which evaluates both the company's impacts on people and the environment and sustainability-related financial risks and opportunities. During 2025, the company refined the analysis and carried out structured stakeholder engagement through questionnaires. The report presents material topics spanning climate change, pollution, resource use, workforce, value-chain workers, consumers, community development and business conduct; the results were approved by the Board on 12 March 2026.
