Annual Report

The report presents First Capital Holdings PLC's FY2025/26 integrated performance across financial, governance and sustainability matters. It introduced SLFRS S1 and S2 sustainability-related financial disclosures, applied a double-materiality assessment, and established a verified GHG baseline covering Scope 1, Scope 2 and selected Scope 3 categories. The report also describes new Board-level sustainability oversight, participation in UNGC, UN PRI, UN WEP and PCAF, and limited independent assurance over selected sustainability indicators.
