Overview

The report describes FBNHoldings' 2023 sustainability approach across sustainable finance and investment, environmental sustainability, people empowerment and community support. It reports a 40 percent female employee ratio and a group workforce disclosed as 7,061 full-time and 11,089 non-full-time employees. The Bank's 2023 emissions were estimated at 86,307 tonnes of CO2e, while climate action included planting 1,000 trees and committing to plant 50,000 by 2025.
