Overview

The report describes First Resources' 2016 sustainability work across fire management, HCS/HCV protection, peat management and stakeholder engagement. It highlights completion of two additional methane capture plants as part of the Group's GHG reduction strategy, and reports approximately 90% traceability for CPO processed and FFB processed in its mills. Financially, Group sales reached US$575.2 million and underlying net profit US$115.5 million, while the report records 76,690 hectares of ISPO-certified plantations and 48,344 hectares of ISCC-certified plantations.
