Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes FirstGroup's FY 2024 progress in financial performance and public-transport growth, alongside major decarbonisation investment in First Bus and new electric or bi-mode rail fleets. It reports a Group near-term emissions target approved by the SBTi, continued TCFD reporting, and the first year as a UN Global Compact signatory. The responsible-business disclosures also cover workforce diversity, community investment, safety and Real Living Wage accreditation. Sustainability oversight is provided by the Board's Responsible Business Committee.
