Report to Society

The report describes FirstRand's shared-prosperity purpose and its 2023 societal performance across economic inclusion, customer fairness, employee development and social investment. It documents the group's impact analysis and responsible-banking approach, including TCFD-aligned climate disclosures and a long-term net-zero ambition for Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 2050. The report also highlights inclusive employment initiatives and reports 50 493 total group employees at 30 June 2023.
