Overview

The report presents Firstsource's second ESG report for FY 2022-23, covering its entire operations and subsidiaries from April 2022 to March 2023. It reports total energy consumption of 97,562 GJ and Scope 1, 2, and 3 emissions of 366.32, 15438.82, and 26156.22 tCO2e, respectively. Social highlights include more than 23,000 employees, 46.49% women in the workforce, and zero workplace fatalities. Governance disclosures identify a Board-level Risk Management Committee as responsible for climate-related oversight, and the report is prepared in accordance with GRI Standards 2021.
