ESG Report

Overview

The report describes Flex LNG's modern fleet of 13 LNG carriers, with 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 786,046 metric tonnes CO2 and Scope 3 emissions of 266,196 metric tonnes CO2. It reports zero oil spills or other environmental releases during the year. ESG oversight is exercised by the Board and supported by a board-level ESG Committee. The report is prepared in accordance with the SASB Marine Transportation Standard and references GRI Standards.
