Overview

The report recaps Flex's 2017 sustainability performance, highlighting a workforce of 202,161 employees and FY18 revenue of $25.4 billion. It reports more than 59,000 volunteer hours, 538 community activities, and 828,328 employee training hours. Environmental highlights include reducing water withdrawn by more than 1.4 million cubic meters, using over 30 MW of renewable energy, and reducing Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by more than 43,000 tonnes.
