Sustainability Report

The report presents 2019 sustainability performance for Flex, including 102,364 tonnes of Scope 1 CO2e, 724,465 tonnes of location-based Scope 2 CO2e and 20,025,678 tonnes of Scope 3 CO2e. Renewable energy capacity reached 38 MW, while total water consumption was 1,441,343 m3. The company reported 202,384 total employees and 30% female representation on its Board of Directors. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board and its Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee.
