Annual Report

The report describes Flex's commitment to reach net-zero GHG emissions by 2040 and its goal to reduce absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 50% by 2030 from a 2019 base year. For calendar 2023, it reports that approximately 14,000 volunteers contributed nearly 56,000 community-service hours. The Flex Foundation also provided more than $1.4 million in grants supporting local projects in 14 countries.
