Overview

The report launches Flutter's Group-wide Positive Impact Plan with 2030 goals covering safer gambling, workforce representation, community impact and environmental performance. It strengthens Board-level oversight through the Risk and Sustainability Committee and reports Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions, with selected GHG data assured externally for the first time. The report also records progress on diversity, including 35.71% female representation on the Board.
