The report describes Flutter's 2022 launch of its Positive Impact Plan, covering safer gambling, colleagues, communities and environmental impact. Financial performance remained strong, with Group revenue of £7,693.2m and statutory EBITDA of £917.6m. The company expanded Scope 3 reporting and disclosed gross Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions of 1,196, 7,512 and 281,002 tCO2e respectively. Workforce disclosures record 21,513 employees and continued progress on female representation in leadership and on the Board.
