The report is Fondia's first sustainability review, covering the 2024 group and prepared voluntarily using ESRS as a guide rather than for full compliance. It reports 2024 total emissions of 514t CO2e and describes SBTi-validated goals to cut absolute Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions by 42% by 2030 and reach net zero by 2050. The review reports 181 average employees and a 33.3% female Board.
