Overview

The report sets out Mazars' five-pillar CSR strategy for the 2020-2021 financial year, supported by Group-level governance and a Global CSR sponsor overseeing performance. It reports 40 average training hours per employee, women representing 54% of the global workforce, and more than 15,600 volunteering and pro bono hours. Mazars also describes its first Group-wide emissions-data exercise, while acknowledging that overall emissions performance was not yet ready for publication.
