Overview

The report presents TFG's first supplementary sustainability overview, covering wholly-owned divisions and five strategic ESG priority areas while excluding RCS data. It describes a group-wide sustainability framework, materiality analysis and governance structure with Supervisory Board responsibility and a Social and Ethics Committee. For 2013, the company reported 17 705 employees, 159,838,858 kWh total energy use, and 215,586 tonnes CO2e total carbon emissions, including 3,413 Scope 1, 158,240 Scope 2 and 52,909 Scope 3.
