Overview

The report presents TFG's revised group-wide sustainability strategy as a shared value approach linking social and financial outcomes to growth and innovation. It reports 18 885 employees, excluding Phase Eight, and describes progress in local supply chain development, employee empowerment, community investment, and responsible governance. The 2015 non-financial data includes 213 382 tonnes CO2e of total carbon emissions, 18 900 936 locally procured units, 8,6 R million in CSI spend, and no work-related fatalities.
