Overview

The report describes TFG's 2019 sustainability journey across five focus areas, with 29 121 employees and operations spanning 29 brands, 4 085 outlets and 32 countries. It reports group carbon emissions of 4 672 tonnes CO2e Scope 1, 153 097 tonnes CO2e Scope 2 and 66 650 tonnes CO2e Scope 3. The company focused on resource efficiency, community investment and local manufacturing, including R24,4 million in CSI and 1 229 jobs at Prestige Clothing factories. Its SDG focus was narrowed to SDGs 8 and 12, underpinned by SDG 17.
