Overview

The report presents The Foschini Group's FY2023 performance as a resilient year despite severe economic and energy challenges. Consolidated revenue increased to R55,1 billion, while the Group reported 46 566 employees and created substantial jobs and workplace opportunities. Sustainability was integrated into the strategy through TCFD reporting, CDP disclosures, responsible sourcing, textile-waste recycling and climate scenario analysis. Women represented 31% of the Supervisory Board in 2023.
