Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report summarizes the company's 2012 corporate social responsibility work across its commitments to the state, shareholders, customers and investees, employees, the environment, and society. It highlights the establishment of Fosun Foundation and more than RMB600 million in aggregate charitable contributions by Fosun and its investees over the preceding 20 years.
