Overview

The report describes Fosun's 2023 Create Impact strategy, supported by Board-level ESG oversight and a formal ESG governance structure. It reports a carbon-neutrality route targeting carbon neutrality by 2050, alongside 3,677,982.7 MWh of total energy consumption and 1,545,682.9 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions. The Group also reports approximately 108,000 employees and extensive training, diversity, safety, and employee engagement initiatives. Its social-impact work included RMB109 million of Fosun Foundation donations and 34,476 staff community-service hours.
