Overview

The report presents Fosun's 2025 sustainability strategy through a double materiality assessment covering 63 impacts, risks and opportunities. It reports consolidated-boundary Scope 1 and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 405,815 and 1,330,827 tCO2e, respectively, alongside total energy consumption of 3,689,657 MWh. Fosun reiterates carbon neutrality by 2050 and sets a 20% Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions-intensity reduction target by 2034 from a 2024 baseline. The report covers approximately 104,000 employees and includes limited assurance by SGS-CSTC.
